A restaurant with Nordic flavours and local ingredients in focus, as well as one of Scandinavia´s largest wine cellars with over 1,000 references. A piece of Svalbard history within the walls and arctic nature right outside the door.

Huset Restaurant will be temporarily closed from 1st January - 17th February 2026. 

During this time, we are enhancing our space to ensure your dining experience is more refined, warm, and inspired by the rugged Arctic landscape. We look forward to welcoming you back to Huset Restaurant from 17th February and sharing the renewed atmosphere we are preparing.
