At the edge of the world in Longyearbyen, Huset welcomes you into a space shaped by decades of Arctic history.
Once a gathering place for the mining community, Huset Restaurant now pairs Nordic fine dining with the world’s northernmost wine cellar. Here, Arctic cuisine meets the raw beauty of Svalbard - where the rugged arctic landscapes, local ingredients and time-honoured traditions come together to tell the story of life in the High Arctic.

Huset Restaurant will be temporarily closed from 1st January - 17th February 2026.
During this time, we are enhancing our space to ensure your dining experience is more refined, warm, and inspired by the rugged Arctic landscape. We look forward to welcoming you back to Huset Restaurant from 17th February and sharing the renewed atmosphere we are preparing.​​
